About Yes and Dog Training

We Train Dogs. We Change Lives.

Our company was built on a simple belief that every dog deserves a trainer who sees them as a partner, not a problem to fix.

Our Story

From Franchise to Family-Owned — On Our Own Terms

Yes and Dog Training grew out of a decade of experience inside a national franchise, and a growing conviction that dog training could be done better. More honestly. More humanely. More personally.

Built on a Better Philosophy

When we stepped out on our own, we brought everything we'd learned and left behind everything that didn't serve dogs or their families. We named the company after the foundational principle of improv comedy: Yes, and — meet your dog where they are, then build from there.

Today we serve families across Colorado's entire Front Range, from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins, with training programs that range from basic manners to life-changing medical alert service dog work.

Yes, And

We meet every dog exactly where they are — no judgment, no shortcuts. We build on what's working and grow from there.

Science-Backed Methods

Our training is grounded in behavioral science and positive reinforcement — methods that create lasting change without fear or force.

Family as a Team

We train the whole family, not just the dog. Real results happen when everyone speaks the same language.

Meet Snickerdoodle

Meet Snickerdoodle, our Border Collie/Poodle mix and beloved member of the Yes and Dog Training family. She brings plenty of personality, curiosity, and energy to the team—and reminds us that every dog has their own unique way of learning and connecting.
